What are the payment options?
As of July 2023 our Payment options are as follows:
1. Square Space: Invoices will be sent out via email. Please follow the directions via Square Space email.
2. E-Transfer: Direct e-transfer is also accepted for payment. E-transfers can be sent to email ResinByMel.Info@gmail.com

3. Cash: This method is only available to those that are attending events in person or that live in Misssissauga, Ontario Canada.
NOTE: When contacting for an order, please specify the method upon which you would like to pay. I.e. "Pay by etransfer".
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of epoxy resin, once it is cured (hardened) it cannot be reversed. Each piece created is custom made to order, therefore we DO NOT accept any returns and each piece(s)/sets are final sale.
Can I wash my Coasters in the dishwasher?
Answer: NO. Please do not put your Coasters or any other resin piece in the dishwasher, it is NOT dishwasher safe.
To Clean: wipe down with a damp towel and some soap if needed. If your Coasters do not have cork on the bottom, you can run your coasters under some warm water then dry with a towel. If there is cork on the bottom, carefully clean without getting the cork wet.
Are my pieces okay to be in the sunlight?
Answer: Please do NOT leave product in the sunlight for too long. Resin is heat resistant to 90°C (194°F), once fully cured. Any heat above that may damage and warp your piece.

Do You Deliver?
As of July 2023, YES orders can be delivered.

Delivery Options:
Free Delivery to Heartland or Square One area in Mississauga.
All other cities will incur a $10 delivery fee.
Do you have shipping?
YES! We do provide shipping at an additional cost. Shipping rates start at $10. Due to increased shipping prices additional shipping cost may occur if shipping outside of city limits.
