At Mel.By.Design we have one goal in mind - to bring your vision and artwork to life through resin. Each project undertaken is done with the utmost care and love. Also, we aim to create an enjoyable experience throughout the whole process.

Store Policies as of March, 2022

Payment First Basis. All payments must be paid in full when placing order. Exceptions: Bulk Orders.

Each piece or set is made to order. Once order is confirmed, an invoice will be sent out and payment must be received to secure piece(s).

If payment is not received, work will be started on next client's order until payment is received.

Pricing listed on website is starting prices. Prices will vary depending on complexity of custom designs and any additional customizations.

Please place orders a minimum of 1 to 2 weeks in advance; 2 weeks in advance for bulk orders.

If you require an order within 7 days, that will be considered a rush order and additional costs will be added.

As of July, 2023: We do not accept orders and payments through the website. However, you can still use the Order Form Outline found on the website and send it to ResinByMel.Info@gmail.com. Payments will be conducted through Square Space.
